Again our merchants and their customer service representatives were the key contributors in the design and function of our merchant customer service online interface.
Our CSR interface allows merchants to manage levels of access by their employees and provides complete transaction detail and up to the minute transaction status. User Accounts With three different User groups you can let your Customer Service Manager handle their agents properly. The Supervisor user was created specifically with the Customer Service Manager in mind. This level of security allows your Manager to add and remove agents (Users) as needed as well as determine which agents have the ability to void new sales, cancel recurring memberships and\or credit a persons account. The Supervisor still has limited access and cannot view sales or accounting reports in anyway. Transaction Data Our transactional data is updated real time so your CSR's have up to the minute status when talking to consumers about their account. Not only will the CSR have access to the data in question but they will be able to view if the customer has signed up for other services or purchased additional products also under your account that do not relate to the current inquiry. Your CSR's have the ability to search for a transaction using multiple information options such as First Name or Last Name, Account Number, Email Address, Phone Number and, if given, your unique IDs related to the customers transaction. |
