Gateway: Security
All data is kept in a secure environment to insure merchant and consumer privacy. Our data is secured by a firewall and is not accessible from outside our network. We manage to keep all of your transactions and data private through our secure web interface.

Our web server can only be accessed through 128-bit SSL encryption for all general queries and transactions. Our API is only accessible to requests that come from IP lists given to us from our merchants, all unknown IP addresses are blocked immediately.

Our reporting/customer service interface is protected through secure usernames and passwords and each user is assigned a security clearance level which allows or denies permissions within the site.

Our Aministrator group is our highest level of access and is allowed to view settings for the account, sales reporting, as well as modify/create other users and products.

The Supervisor group can add/delete users as needed for customer service. They can also control which customer service representatives can void new sales, cancel recurring billing or credit a consumers account.

The User account is for your customer service agents and is only allowed to search transactions for inquiries made on a consumers account.

Lastly, none of these accounts are available to use our API, the special API account is designed for your IT staff to have your servers log in to initiate web based transactions in real time.
