What is AEChecking?

AEChecking is an online check processing company. We submit billing on behalf of our clients for goods and services provided to their consumers using bank accounts as the payment method. AEChecking also helps reduce fraud related to online checks through our own risk management system. We can handle the billing of online checks via the ACH or Check21 methods.

How do I get started?

To get signed up with AEChecking and to start processing your online checks simply call 1-800-736-6644 to speak with a sales representative or click here to be re-directed to our information request form which will be passed on to one of our sales staff who will contact you as soon as possible to help you get started.

How much does AEChecking cost?

There are many variables to be considered before any quotes can be issued. Rates are calculated based on transaction volume as well as which services are added to your account. Please contact one of our sales representatives to discuss your needs and to discuss rate options.

How do I process transactions through AEChecking?

There are three ways to process transactions through AEChecking which can work with your current technical configuration. Real time API transactions sent directly to us from your website is the most common method of submission. We can also accept batch files uploaded through our mecrchant interface in the format that you choose, or you can simply enter the customers information into our processing system one transaction at a time. You will not need to install any extra software from us to start your processing.

Do I need my own Customer Service Call Center?

No, if you prefer, AEChecking can handle your transaction inquiries for you. This is an extra cost that will be based on a per minute basis to our call center.

Technical support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to make sure you are fully functional. We can help guide you through your account and product set up so you can take advantage of all the AEChecking has to offer.
